We’re now halfway through October, and NaNoWriMo is creeping up on us, which means I’m busy making plans! I’ve decided to be something of a NaNo rebel this year though, and am not writing a novel. Instead I’m going to attempt to write 50,000 words worth of short stories instead. Right now I’m not sure if it’s going to be easier or harder, as on one hand I have to keep coming up with ideas, but also I surely shouldn’t get bored with my project? November is nearly here, and with it NaNoWriMo, the yearly event where us writers all go a little mad and attempt to write 50,000 words in a month.
