5 Reasons To Watch Good Omens

5 Reasons To Watch Good Omens

So recently, I did something I don’t usually do: I watched a TV adaptation of a book, without having first read the book. I know, I know, the horror! But I have to say, I don’t regret it. When I saw a while back that Amazon Prime was making an adaptation of Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett’s book Good Omens I had intended to read it before it came out, and just never got round to it. Life Lately #26

How is it November already? I mean, next month it’s going to be Christmas, and then it’s going to be 2019…seriously, where does all the time go?! October seemed to fly by, not that I actually did very much. I even had a week off work, but I mostly spent that relaxing with my boyfriend. Despite it being shorter by three episodes, way more stuff had to be squashed in, and whilst it did result in certain things (namely travel!) seeming a little rushed, I still loved it! Season highlights for me include: Jon Snow meeting Daenerys. This was the first big ‘major characters who… Read more »

I love going to the cinema, but when I’m at home it just doesn’t seem like I can muster the attention span it would require for me to sit and watch an entire feature-length film. TV series on the other hand, are an entirely different matter. I am a serious TV show addict, and once I get on a roll I can have watched an entire series within days (and living with someone with Netflix has only fuelled my TV series mania!). In some ways it’s odd that I find watching… Read more »
